The website provides general information about Prexon Labs services. Content is provided for informational purposes and does not create a client relationship, warranty, or binding professional commitment.

Proposals and engagements

Consultancy work begins only after written agreement on scope, commercial terms, responsibilities, confidentiality, delivery expectations, and acceptance criteria. Website descriptions do not override signed agreements.

Intellectual property

Ownership of project-specific deliverables is defined in the relevant agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, Prexon Labs may retain rights to general methods, reusable know-how, non-client-specific tooling, and pre-existing materials.

Confidentiality

Confidential project information should be shared only through agreed channels and under appropriate contractual protections. Public contact channels should not be used to send sensitive production data.

Limitations

AI systems can produce uncertain or incorrect outputs. Production use should include appropriate testing, monitoring, human review where needed, and governance controls for the intended business context.
